Hey Ken, I was sorry to miss your wedding but I think you would be proud to know that I couldn't go because I was out in the rain inspecting crab boats. Can go wrong there, eh? Glad you made it back I like the pictures.
Hi Ken & Julie,
I check your site every now and then and we like to keep up with what's going on with you and Julie. I know the C-130 has been around a long time. When I worked for Boeing on the Minuteman Missile system we used the C-130 for a flight test of transporting the missle. I never got to fly on it but helped set up the instrumentation on the missile for the recording of the missile while in flight. The pilot was later killed in a crash on a later flight not involving the Minuteman flights.
We took a cruise to Alaska a few years ago with your Mom and Dad and we flew on a helicoptor to the Mendenhall Glacier with them. It was the only time we've been on a helicoptor and the scenery was magnificent. Alaska is truly a very beautiful place.
Take care,
Ken & Kathleen Selander
